We had a great Christmas experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, providing us with both hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival. The location was ideal, being within walking distance to several shopping centers and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. a wonderful stay!
The only downside was the slow check-in process. It took longer than expected to get our room keys, but the friendly staff made up for it with their warm welcome.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and had a nice check-in area with friendly staff. The room was clean and updated, with comfortable bedding. It was great to have a continental breakfast included, which provided a good selection of food and drinks to start the day.
The check-in process was quite slow and confusing, which made the arrival process frustrating. There were no toiletries provided in the room upon arrival, which was mildly inconvenient. Nonetheless, these small issues did not detract from the overall experience and we enjoyed our Christmas stay at the hotel.

This hotel’s location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a variety of great options. The room service was quick and accurate. The view from the room was stunning. There are plenty of leisure facilities, including a pool and gym. I also appreciated the thoughtful accommodations for disabled guests.
The hotel staff's demeanor was unfriendly and unhelpful.

The breakfast was a great way to start the day. They had a good selection of hot and cold items, and the staff kept everything well-stocked. The location was also convenient, with shopping and dining options nearby. Plus, the complementary parking was a nice touch.
The facilities could use some improvement. The bathroom had a moldy smell, and we had some unwanted visitors in the form of water beetles. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was a bit too eager to clean our room, knocking frequently while we were trying to relax. while the stay had its positives, there were some negative aspects that should be addressed.
